ABUJA—President Muhammadu Buhari’s Special Assistant on Prosecutions, Mr. Chief Okoi Obono-Obla, has been indicted by the report of a House of Representatives panel over forgery of his secondary school certificate and wrongful utilisaiton of public funds.
