The Abuja Division of the Federal High Court, on Thursday, granted bail to the Director General of the National Broadcasting Commission, NBC, Ishaq Kawu Modibbo, after he was arraigned over alleged irregularities in the award of a N2.5billion Digital Switch Over (DSO) contract.
