Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of the Lagos High Court sitting in Ikeja, yesterday ordered alleged kidnap kingpin Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike alias Evans to defend himself over the allegation of kidnapping brought against him by the Lagos State government.
