UMUAHIA—The incumbent Governor of Abia State and the Governor-Elect, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu has extended an olive branch to his opponents at the just concluded governorship election, Dr Uche Ogah of All Progressive Congress, APC, and Dr Alex Otti of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), calling on them to join him in building Abia.
