Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT, sitting in Abuja, Mr. Danladi Umar, on Monday, gave reasons why the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Walter Onnoghen, must be arraigned over his alleged failure to declare his assets.
