Following Thursday's declaration by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, that the anti-graft agencies will beam its searchlights on the campaign spending of the various political parties participating in the 2019 elections; the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has warned the agency against nursing any intent to take over the constitutional responsibility of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
