The ruling All Progressives Congress APC has urged security agencies and the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC to probe the Peoples Democratic Party PDP for allegedly planning to scuttle next month's governorship election in Osun state as well as reportedly cloning some Permanent Voter Cards PVCs.
